STEP 3 Choose users
Heavy Users can utilize the full functionality. From viewing reports to managing
training and certifications.
Medium Users can perform Inspections, assign/execute actions, view work instructions and use the Read & Understood functionality for Training
Light Users can only view and read data and watch work instructions (videos).
QSEH Star offers a flexible
role and rights structure that enables organizations to grant users access based on their role.
QSEH Star is available in
multiple languages, allowing
users to choose their preferred language.
Additionally, QSEH Star features a convenient translation function for certain fields when entering data.
STEP 4 Choose integrations
Need integrations? No problem!
QSEH Star integrates easily with other software
including SAP, Dynamics, Ultimo and AFAS, ensuring
one central source of information.
This brings together data such as product information,
supplier data, HR and technical service updates
in one comprehensive dashboard.
Actions from other systems, such as
maintenance tasks, are directly fed back
for quick follow-up and reporting.
STEP 5 Set-up
- Kick-off
We introduce the project team to
you and spend a (half) day
mapping out requirements,
such as modifications
or integrations.
- Configuration
We help you populate
the Admin, such as user roles and
rights and setting up a
case step by
step.
- Roll-out
We will prepare a personal tenant
for you with the
selected modules. This is a
secure environment that complies
with international standards
for information security.
- Training
We provide training for the super users,
you receive a manual from us
and you can get started
immediately. The system
is very user-friendly.
STEP 6 After Care
The QSEH Star team is known for its
dedication, expertise and customer-focused
approach.
Even after implementation, we provide
full support with various
after-care options.
QSEH Star includes Bronze support. An
upgrade to Silver or Gold support is possible.
